Daytime Classes
Tuesday 10:15am - 11:30am Wednesday 10:15am - 11:30am Mindfulness with Yoga. All abilities, including beginners - £8
Evening Classes
Monday 6:30pm & 7:45pm Wednesday 6:30pm & 7:45pm Yoga for all abilities including beginners. Small, friendly classes - £8
Weekend Workshops
Sunday 9th December 4:30pm - 6:30pm Slowdown Sunday - Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga and Mindfulness to prepare for the week ahead.
Mindfulness Courses
The official 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course and a shorter, 4 week Introduction To Mindfulness run at certain times through the year. Please contact us for more details.
