SIMPLE TOOLS TO LIVE LIFE MORE FULLY

Live Classes Resume May 19th
Our live, face-to-face classes will be resuming on Wednesday May 19th as part of our phased return to a normal timetable.
You can book a class here.
But for those who prefer online, our Zoom classes will still continue.
As before, you can turn up 15 minutes early to each class to settle in or say hello, and there’s always 15 minutes at the end to catch up with friends.
The software is very simple – you can download Zoom here for any device, and this shows you how to join a class.
(And we’ll be with you every step of the way – just ask and we’ll take you through it over the phone.)
You can now book individual classes, or book a monthly All Class Pass from our Classes page here.
What Is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness means paying full attention to the present moment, without judging what we find.
When we do this, we might notice a number of benefits:
When we step out of our mental 'autopilot' and notice what is already here, we can be surprised by the richness of each moment.
Our nervous system learns to rest, lowering blood pressure, improving our immune system and raising levels of mood enhancing serotonin.
We learn to watch our natural thoughts and feelings without over reaction. In this way, we come to see ourselves as we really are.
Greater Clarity & Focus
As we begin to train our wandering mind, we're more able to bring our attention to whatever is important.
Greater Calm & Ease
We learn the skill of relaxation. We discover how our breath can be used to build a true sense of resilience.
We learn the source of stress in our lives and develop simple strategies to manage it.
