What Is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness means paying full attention to the present moment, without judging what we find.

MIKE ELLIOTT

MINDFULNESS TEACHER

One time physicist, Mike has been practicing meditation and mindfulness of various traditions for over 25 years. He received his teacher training through Bangor University’s ‘Centre for Mindfulness and Research’ and Smart Foundations in Brighton.

He has practised martial arts since school, and he brings this knowledge, along with his drama improvisation and in-depth NLP Coaching experience to his classes.

 

YVONNE BOOTH

YOGA TEACHER

Yvonne is a Hatha yoga teacher, qualified with the British wheel of Yoga and the Independent Yoga Network. 

She has been practising yoga and meditation from various traditions including Kashmiri, Ashtanga and Scaravelli Inspired Yoga for over 25 years and has been teaching since 2005.
