We encourage everyone to work to their own ability, and so provide either simpler or more advanced versions of the practices depending on each students experience.
Each lesson is different. While mindfulness is the common thread, Mike will draw on modern neuroscience, ancient Chinese martial arts, coaching and improvisation skills to provide fresh perspectives.
Yvonne learnt at a young age that the physical postures of yoga are just a small part of what it has to offer – that’s why she also covers it’s breath work, internal locks, meditation and philosophy.
People of all abilities and levels of experience come to our classes. We have a roughly 50/50 split between men and women, and have students from the age of 18 right up to the mid 70s.
Our classes are small, friendly and welcoming.
